ANIMAL POLICIES

Below you will find some of the animal policies to help potential renters determine if this home is right for them.

We have an Animal Deposit of $500 with a non-refundable fee of $200 per animal, and a $25.00/mo Animal Rent per animal, with a limit on the amount of animals accepted.

Requirements are not limited to but include:

• Any animals are required to be spayed/neutered

• No dog or cat breeding is permitted on the property

• Dogs must be 1 year of age or older

• All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations

• Must be house trained

• Cannot be excessive barkers

• Dogs cannot roam off of the property and/or designated area of a shared property

• Will not be permitted to be chained/tied up

• Animals cannot be aggressive to dogs/cats/other animals

• Animals cannot be human aggressive

• No butchering or processing of animals on the property

• Our insurance will not allow the following breeds: pit bull (bully breeds), American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow Chow, Akita, Mastiff, Wolf Hybrids.
